Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Insurance Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure carriers are in compliance with policy conditions & TPA is in compliance with pre-negotiatedservice instructions.
• Review & authorize monthly legal & TPA billings.
• Oversee, direct, mentor & train current staff of two.
• Evaluatesall claims and make appropriate recommendations for resolution.
• Negotiates self-retained claims within personal pending.
• Directs settlementsof staff on retained losses.

Job Requirements: 

• Five years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Management Skills.
