Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
•  Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
•  Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
•  Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining.
•  To manage and adjust the labor and staff requirements so that all the daily activities are executed in an   appropriate manner.
•  To ensure that the security system is properly functioning and that it is in good working condition, and to   ensure that the hotel environment is safe and secured.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
•  Attention to detail and organized.
• Two years experience in same field.
