Job Description :

We are looking for a Property Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Maintain accurate vendor contracts, inventory, permits and licenses, and other portfolio records.
•  Obtain competitive bids and proposals for work and services necessary.
•  Identify deferred maintenance, major repair, and capital improvement work to increase value and preserve the   asset.
•  Handle all escalated service issues within the assigned portfolio.
•  Oversee timely turnovers and renovations.
•  Prepare and analyze weekly vacancy reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder.
•  Strong people skills.
•  Excellent supervisory skills.
• Good communication skills.
