It Technician Required

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced IT Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Installs personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
•  Ensures accurate documentation of incidents is being recorded.
•  Promptly responds to all IT related incidents presented to the IT Service Desk.
•  Acts as a key escalation point for critical IT problems and customer complaints.
•  Enforces IT policies, procedures, and standards, including system and cyber security, to ensure conformity with all information   systems and company objectives.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
•  Experience using and troubleshooting MS Office.
