F&b Controller In Uae

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced F&B Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Check the daily F&B report for accuracy of covers and average per paxs.
•  Compiles and computes amounts and costs of food bought and sold from records of CASHIER II and other   summaries.
•  Conduct audits and reinforce changes and improvements where needed.
•  Responsible to maintain the menu pricing, consumption and POS system.
•  Reviews purchasing procedures for all F&B items.
•  Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Good Analytics and reporting skills.
•  Good verbal & written communication skills.
