Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Relation Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
•  Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
•  Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages).
•  Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager when needed.
•  Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
•  Assist in maintaining attendance and movement registers.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelors’ Degree.
•  Ability to work flexible hours.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
