Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage clean and organized with staff delegation.
•  Receives product, verify invoice and freshness of merchandise.
•  Oversees kitchen labor and food cost to budgetary requirements.
•  Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef at any time.
•  Trains kitchen staff to adhere to policies and general sanitation regulations as needed.
•  Organizes, schedules and directs work of kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Outstanding leadership, team building and motivational skills.
•  Must maintain professional communication, oral and written skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
