Wanted an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Managing Payroll Inputs for Onroll & Retainers time to time before deadline. 
•  Responsible for post-offer management.
•  Handling Promotion process and Merit Increase as per annual cycle.
•  Coordination with transport team regarding address confirmation.
•  Maintaining the employee data base including increments, promotions, probation, confirmation.
•  Managing Summer Inters for Mkt, Finance & Corp Functions.

Job Requirements:

• MBA graduated. 
•  Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
