Job Description :
A leading company looking for an eexperienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Ten years experience in the same field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
