Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
  •  Generate memos, emails and reports when requested. 
  •  Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
  •  Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
  •  Respond to clients questions and requests for information on a timely manner. 
  •  Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Four years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
