Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  •  Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing   advice, guidance and direction.
  •  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  •  Oversee the maintenance of accurate and complete employment records.
  •  Assist in development of company policy / procedure and its compliance.
  •  Evaluate department goal results and prepare detailed analyses / explanation for review.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA holder need to apply.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • With more than 5 years experience in the field.
  • Good Computer & Leadership Skills.
