Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced F&B Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Overview of School Groups or Corporate Groups entry as per planned F.P, to be informed if any variance    found.
•  Must possess excellent negotiation skills to negotiate the best prices and deals with vendors.
•  Must strike a balance between meeting customers needs and ensuring their employers remain profitable.
•  Control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods. 
•  Actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing.
•  Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Good Analytics and reporting skills.
•  Good verbal & written communication skills.
