Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Develops and tests recipes, techniques for food preparation and presentation.
•  Must have skills in cooking and preparation of a variety of foods.
•  Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
•    Establishes, manages and maintains all vendor relationships.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma preferred.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
•  Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
