Required Cost Controller In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Cost Controller in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provide monthly reporting to Project manager, Area controller.
• Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on the performance trends.
• Monitor projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget which could lead to   pinpointing major variance as applicable.
• Ensure proper recording of all cost related information in SAP for effective control of expenditure. 
• Monitoring and controlling construction Discretionary spend at sites and handling all site authorized purchases.
• Review policies around construction spends on a periodic basis and document the changes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
