Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Test and develop new recipes, staying one step ahead of the trends.  
  •  Work directly with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality of ingredients are purchased and received.  
  •  Work with and train all sous chefs and cooks.
  •  Ensure specifics in all recipes and food apportionment for every dish is met and being followed by cooks.  

Job Requirements:

  •  3-star to 5-star Hotel Experience is compulsory and Candidates with GCC experience is prefered.
  •  Exceptional communication skill.
  •  Must have computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, etc.)
  • Experience minimum 2 years in the same role.
