Job Details:

•  Able to work cooperatively with internal and external customers who seek high level of responsiveness from legal and contracts   administration.
•  Managing internal business relationships and communicating directly with internal business clients.
•  Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
•  Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
•  Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
•  Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.

Job Requirements:

• Three years experience in the field.
