Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Servise Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily.
•  Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner.
•  Comply with the Hotel Elan Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
•  Represents the Community to visitors in professional, courteous, friendly manner.
•  Maintains Resident and guest Register, daily communication log entry, and completes daily checklist log.
•  Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
•  Strong communication and organizational skills.
