Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Daily review of all part shortages. Resolve problems to prevent delays and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate and/or participate in planning and implementation of productivity, equipment or process improvement efforts. 
• Develop or revise standard operations, working practices, output and manage associates to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for compounding, quality, engineering and all other technical activities.
• Represent company as Technical Head for compounding.
•  Testing know how for rubber chemicals, compound and finished parts.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
