Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Production Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare operational schedule andcoordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of productsmeets   specifications.
•  Review production and operating reportsto assess performance indicators and take appropriate action to resolveoperational,   manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costsand prevent operational delays.
•  Develop or revise standard operationaland working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
•  Coach associates on issues such as attendance and process improvement.
•  Control production and employees to ensure that all safety and quality standards are met.
•  Analyze problems, coordinate and facilitate meetings with appropriate groups as required to identify and implement solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
