Cafe Supervisor In Bahrain

Job Description :

We are looking for a  Cafe supervisor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Develops, implements and follows all café policies and procedures.
•  Responsible for staff management to include interviewing, hiring, training, performance management and recognition duties, and   disciplinary action.
•  Supervises the onboarding process for new employees and provides ongoing training for all café staff, including food safety.
•  Schedules for the café to include covering different shifts, if necessary.
•  Serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the café, including: answering questions, welcoming, and other member   communications.
•  Acts as liaison between the café and all other departments, communicating relevant information to the café staff as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Excellent and proven people skills.
• High school diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
