Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Analyze market to determine approach to new or existing customers.
  •  Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  •  Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  •  Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  •  Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  •  Coordinating with vendors for any queries related to availability.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  •  Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  •  Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Minimum One year experience.
