Job Details:

•  Experience in preparation of authentic South Indian Dishes besides dosas preferred.
•  Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
•  Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
•  Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.
•  Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
•  Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma.
•  Customer-focused, team-player attitude.
• Two years experience in same field.
• Good Communication Skills.
