A leading company looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
•  Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing   advice, guidance and direction.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR practices, policies and processes.
• Manage entire employee life cycle, also need to handle campus recruitment.
• Carry out smooth on-boarding activities for new joinees.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
