Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
•  Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
•  Performance Management System and Performance Measurement system.
•  Keep track of confirmation, increments and appraisals of employees.
•  Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
•  Create and run referral bonus programs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
•  Solid communication skills.
•  Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Minimum One year experience.
