Planning Officer - Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Planning Officer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Ensures that the modifications are integrated with the previous plans and applies for the consent or permit required by these    modifications.
•  Ensures that any issues that come up during opening or demolishing structures are taken into account in the planning.
•  Arranges the possible construction work supervision assigned to them by the construction permit or the initial meeting.
• Participates in the initial meeting, if one is arranged, and, in part, ensures that the planning obligations required from the initial    meeting are fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

• Five years experience in the same field.
• Engineering Degree.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Well versed in MS Office.
