Job Details:

• Assists with the new policy and procedure development for Lear Tuscaloosa.
•  Provides recommendations to upper management in appropriate resolution of employee relation's issues.
•  Build positive relationships within the community.
•  Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
•  Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of – and enthusiasm for – the items on our menu.
•  Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 10 years of experience.
•  Degree in Human Resource.
