Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining updated and accurate recipes and costing for all dishes.
•  Assisting Chef in sourcing supplies and equipment to ensure best quality and pricing.
•  Supplying recipes for, and suggesting methods and procedures to Line Cooks.
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Commercial kitchen production skills.
•  Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
