Urgently looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Maintain departmental personnel records and reports onproductivity, quality, and attendance.
• Maintain all departmental, work, vacation, overtimeand related schedules.
• Develop and implement schedules and schedulingrequirements to meet or exceed production plan.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and counseling toemployees to encourage optimum performance and continued skill development.
• Develop employees within areas of responsibility towork as a team to accomplish goals as set forth by the company and location.
• Implement and support behavioral based zero incidentsafety culture.

Job Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
