Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Trains and mentors’ employees in performance of their assigned duties.
• Assist General Manager, evaluate performance standards of assigned employees.
• Coordinates activities of staff and customers relative to specification changes, modifications, and quality assurance.
• Identify and prepare for all activities requiring shutdown so as to avail any opportunity during unplanned outage or planned   shutdowns.
• Seek assistance required from other trades and also offer required mechanical assistance for timely completion of priority activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
