Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Answering door and greeting guests.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for conference rooms.
- Route mail, deliveries, invoices, and essential documents.
- Track office supply inventory and approve supply orders.
- Serve as front office receptionist.
- Manage replenishment of office supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Excellent in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
