Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Answering door and greeting guests.
  •  Coordinate and schedule meetings for conference rooms.
  •  Route mail, deliveries, invoices, and essential documents. 
  •  Track office supply inventory and approve supply orders.
  •  Serve as front office receptionist.
  •  Manage replenishment of office supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  •  Excellent in MS Office.
  •  Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
