Sr. Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor

Job Details:

• Conduct daily routine site inspection and joint inspection with performing authority or job executor to check site condition prior issuance of work     permit applied.
• Conduct daily inspection while utilized task and monitoring at all times to workforce to prevent any minor / severe incident / accident.
• Conduct tool box meeting / pre task meeting to discuss safe system of work, wearing adequate and suitable PPE for the job.
• Conduct emergency drill monthly basis at site to guide all staff, workforce, approaching to nearest assembly point / master point.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inspection of equipments at site to check as a visual inspection, and documents of equipment if valid.
• Strongly implemented HSE Plan, QCS 2014 Standard.
• Reporting all safety concerned to responsible person to take immediately rectification.
• Conducting initial investigation report / preliminary investigation report of any minor / severe incident / accident occurred and report to HSE           manager / HSE engineer.
• Conduct internal or in house training to all workforces at site as per monthly training schedule submitted from HSE management
