Job Details:

•  Ensure the team member experience is fun, safe and enriching.
• Lead in a manner consistent with Homeroom’s values that provides an upbeat and supportive climate for our team.
• Help staff address difficult circumstances and minimize stress in a busy environment.
• Ensure timely & consistent delivery of sterile supplies to all departments.
• Ensure cost effective utilization of resources within floor.
• Handle complaints from departments, taking action & escalating where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
