Job Description :
We are looking for a Site Supervisor in Bahrain.
Job Details:
* Lead Child-Parent Drop-In and Next Steps Program including facilitate and build a daily or weekly curriculum.- Supervisor two preschool teachers and manage the preschool program.
- Plan and implement early literacy family events and parent-child activities.
- Maintain on-going communication with parents/caregivers of children including communicating children's progress and program expectations/ goals.
- Work with other program staff to outreach and retain families.
- Ensure the program is consistent with the goals and the philosophy of the center and are incompliant with community care licensing regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma holder.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
