Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Commi-1 in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
• Prepare all dishes to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
• Prepares all the orders in timely manner. To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, the correct portion   and size, presented on the prescribed service dish in the prescribed manner.
• Ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed   serving dish in the prescribed manner.
• Ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Regional chef or CDP.
• Attend training courses and seminars as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
