Urgently looking for an experienced Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Implementation and adherence to the Eaton Business System, Eaton Quality System, and Eaton Lean Six Sigma.
• Foster an environment of Employee Engagement by embracing Continuous Improvement culture tools.
• Ensure that Eaton policies, practices and initiatives are implemented and followed.
• Ensure timely meeting the Business plan & projects.
• Developing & supporting team for making cordial & smooth environment in the plant.
• Ensuring projects & expansion Plans as per target details.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• IT Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
