Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
•  Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing   advice, guidance and direction.
•  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
•  Maintains compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
•  Evaluates the business needs and executes the strategic direction for the HR function.
•  Participates in the design and delivery of HR programs to ensure programs are aligned with business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Two years experience in the same field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent computer Skills.
