Required Hr Manger In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
•  Coordinating onboarding procedures related to new-hire orientation, training and policy communication.
•  Supervise two HR employees.
•  Manage the business unit’s staffing plan to meet current and future production needs. 
• Manage internal company communications including bulletin boards, company newsletters,
•  Provide leadership, direction and counsel to all associates to address and resolve issues, concerns and conflicts, especially those that   could become disruptive to operations. 
•  Manage the onsite HR staff.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 6-10 years of professional experience.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Good communication skills.
