Job Details:

•  Maintains appropriate staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
•  Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all operational procedures set forth by the company.
•  Approves and verifies voids, refunds, exchanges and employee purchases.
•  Ensures accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork required for the store operation.
•  Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
•  Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
•  Supervises operations and implement plans to maximize sales and profit.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
