Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants, interview and execute required   hiring process.
  •  Assists employees and applicants with basic interpretation of company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  •  General clerical duties including photocopying, filing, scanning and mailing documents.
  •  Assist with the administration of the day to day operations of the Human Resources department.
  •  Answer HR phone line and act as the first point of contact for the Human Resources Department.
  •  Create all new hire packets and assemble driver training materials & employee files.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Three years experience in the same field.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable.
