Job Description :

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Is responsible for ensuring the La Brea Bakery Café is in complete compliance with all Company, local, state,   and federal laws and regulations with food safety, cleanliness, and overall kitchen and building safety.
•  Assigns register; counts out cashiers; reconciles all deposits; prepares bank deposits; orders change.
•  Places orders for the café to include: Food and beverage orders, produce, breads, uniforms, dry goods, paper   supplies, cleaning supplies, small wares and office supplies. 
•  Makes proper adjustments to scheduling to execute and operate efficiently, while maintaining great customer   service standards.
•  Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.  Follows proper company protocol for   documenting incidents.
•  Is responsible for coordinating any maintenance of the restaurant (plumbing, electrical, POS, equipment, etc.);   takes action as needed.
