Finance Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provides commercial and competitive assessments of pipeline programs and new target opportunities.
• Prepares, reviews, negotiates, and implements relevant documents including CDAs and term sheets.
• Assists in the preparation of management presentations by integrating and summarizing scientific, clinical, financial, and market   information related to business development projects.
•  Managing cash flows, working capital & other operational needs . 
• Liasoning with lawyers , consultants , bankers ,auditors etc. 
• Working closely with Country Head ,Compliance Head, Principals & business partners to finalize commercial terms and Principal   agreements. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
