Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Monitoring the HRIS, responding to inquiries with a sense of urgency when possible and escalating others for research/review to   the appropriate departments both internally and externally.
  •  Updating and maintaining highly confidential team member records and HR data; conduct audits of benefit programs for accuracy   and compliance.
  • Liaison to outside vendors and business partners, specifically those related to benefit programs. Deal with insurance carriers and   gain a thorough understanding of the benefits available to all team members.
  • Maintain the appropriate level of process knowledge.
  • Demonstrate command of all support applications.
  • Handle all recruiter and stakeholder queries to avoid escalation, whenever possible.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management and coordination Skills.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
