Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced F&B Captain in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. 
  •  Inventory, Training o Maintaining SOP for quality. 
  •  Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale.
  •  Should able to introduce / suggest innovative ideas for generating targeted sale.
  •  Guest interaction & menu planning. o Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
  •  Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Excellent time management skills.
  • Minimum One year experience.
  •  Strong leadership skills.
