Job Description :

We are looking for a Estimator in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Listen to customer requests and complete a proper, clear explanation on the work order.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies and co-workers.
•  Monitor and maintain company sales performance standards and sales goals, and post results each day to the   Sales/Production Chart. 
•  Greet each customer in a cheerful, positive manner. Make every effort to make the customer feel comfortable   and welcome during the sales and estimate process, or when visiting your shop. 
•  Proper completion of insurance claim forms to indicate repair or replacement cost estimates and specific   recommendations.
•  Follow a vehicle from start to finish and know how to handle all aspects of a vehicle’s completion.

Job Requirements:

•  Valid driver license required.
• 5 years experience is required.
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Strong problem solving and relationship building skills.
