Required Floor Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage all details of running the front of the house and guest relations.
•  Assist in overseeing all aspects of the front and back of house operations.
•  Manage call-outs and ensure properly staffed for shifts.
•  Conduct reviews and coaching sessions with team members according to the schedule or developmental needs.
•  Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down.
•  Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
