Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Document Controller in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Prepare documents with customer specific cover page, transmittal and file name formats and process documents out to customer and    received from customer.
  •  Copying, scanning and storing documents.
  •  Ensure alignment with in-house processes and procedures, as well as customer specific requirements.
  •  Support and manage documentation between multiple Project Managers, Engineers, vendors, customers, quality department, and all    common interfaces of a project.
  •  Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts.
  •  File documents in physical and digital records.

Job Requirements:

  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.
  •  Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Graduate holder.
