Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepares food for service, cooks menu items in cooperation with Chef’s specifications.
•  Ensures that the prep and execution of menu is seamless. 
•  Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Assist in overseeing weekly and monthly inventories, and ordering of food and supplies.
•  Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all OSHA regulations.

Job Requirements:

•  BS degree in Culinary science.
•  Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
• Must be a talented in the same field.
