Required Technical Support Assistant

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Technical Support Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Record all Completed Samples, and upload the files to the system.
•  Cycle count and report all Sample Ink and Solvent inventory levels.
•  Review and update technical bulletins and assist in performing in-house technical classes.
•  Assisting distributors for technical installation and troubleshooting at end customer locations.
•  Escalate customer technical queries and concerns and facilitate prompt delivery of responses.
•  Open and manage cases according to defined severities and case priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Two years experience in the same field.
•  Excellent Customer Service Skills.
