Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage and maintain a well-qualified full-time and contingent workforce at all times. 
•  Maintain the workforce through production peaks and valleys. Including, proactive coordination with the VOLT Program manager. 
•  Manage the business unit’s staffing plan to meet current and future production needs. 
•  Monitor the pulse of the business unit to ensure sound business and HR practices are followed.
•  Prepares and distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports to executives and operations.
•  Managing vendor relationships for office equipment, workplace supplies, security system, air conditioning, lighting, cleaning services and storage   facilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6-10 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good communication skills.
