Job Description :

We are looking for a Pastry Chef in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining updated and accurate recipes and costing for all dishes.
•  Controlling food and labor costs.
•  Monitoring the kitchen’s overall progress, service, and team work daily.
•  Providing input to Executive Chef for pastry and dessert menus.
•  Assisting with inventory and purchasing procedures.
•  Overseeing general pastry and baked goods (including bread) production and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma holder.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Must be a talented in the same field.
